Cancun Airport offers all the facilities you can expect to find in an international airport, such as Custom, Immigration, Police, a brand new food court, a large duty free area with several stores offering from jewelry to designer clothing, a medical facility, a high tech business center.

Beware of Piracy Transportation. Not all companies are allowed to pick up passengers at the airport. Gray Line Taxi Cancun is officially licensed by the airport authorities to do so. Do not jeopardize your vacations using an illegal taxi service. Those are not recognized by authorities, are lacking of insurance and may not perform the service you paid for. Several of them are in fact Time Share companies.
